About Me

I believe that being able to move easily and without pain is important for living a full and happy life! I am a certified personal trainer with specialty certifications in corrective exercise and human movement. Between my certifications and a background as a licensed massage therapist, I have a deep understanding of how the human body moves. My training style is great for any level of fitness and is perfect for helping correct imbalances, improve mobility, and stabilize joints. Here’s to a life of moving freely!

I'm not your typical trainer. When you work with me, we'll take our time to make sure you're feeling things where you should. We'll explore and experiment with movement to build strength and stability and avoid triggering pain.

You want to build sustainable, functional strength

Building functional strength starts with building stability. We start with basic movements and build on those to create stability that will carryover into your day to day life and help prevent injuries.

You've been told to strengthen your (insert muscle group here)

Have you ever been told by a doctor (or chiropractor or massage therapist or whoever) that you need to "strengthen your (core, rotator cuff, back, etc.)" to help with your pain? Vague instructions are confusing, especially with so much conflicting information on the internet. Let's work together to take the mystery out of those vague instructions.
